Book a trial appointment at least a few weeks before your event
We recommend new clients come a few weeks before their event, especially if it is their first time getting lash extensions. Here are some of the reasons why we recommend this:
First, there is always a risk of an allergic reaction. We can never know how clients will react to lash products. Sometimes allergic reactions can take a few days to show up and you definitely do not want your eyes to puff up on the day of your event.
Second, we want to make sure that you get the style you want! Immediately after applying, lash extensions are difficult to take off since the glue is freshly cured. It will take at least a few days for the glue to break down enough for us to take off and make adjustments to your lashes. Also, for whatever reason you end up not wanting lash extensions for your wedding, it’ll be a lot easier to take them off.
Book a touch up appointment right before your event
Lashes aren’t permanent and they will start to look slightly gappy after a couple weeks. To make sure your lashes are perfect the day of your event, you want to book a touch-up appointment at least a couple days before.
Think about getting a pop of color
Most lash salons offer color lashes. We found that color lashes are really popular during concerts, music festivals, and other special events.
